Before I list my list of life changing books below, I’d like to share with you the reading technique I have learnt along my journey. This is called REAL. Some of you may have heard of it, for others this will be a new system. I recommend it totally for really taking on board what the writers are trying to portray and to truly understand their stories.
R.E.A.L. Read, Execute, Assess and Loop. Read something. Execute the actions and/or demonstrate the ideas through action. Assess your understanding and the results. Loop through the execution process repeatedly to groove in the understanding as a habit. The largest portion of learning comes from doing.

My Life Changers
For my entire adult life, I have read a vast amount of self-help, inspirational and motivating books. I tried to keep it under 10 but I can only just stick with 15! I may add more as I think of them, but these 15 books have really stood out to me.
Here are my suggested good reads for thought-provoking and potential life-changing concepts and ideas.
What I know for sure – Oprah Winfrey
Daring Greatly – Brene Brown
Forgive and Forget – Healing the hurts we don’t deserve by Lewis Smedes
The Miracle of Mind Power – Dan Cluster (I could only find this in America second hand!)
E-Cubed – Pam Grout
Ask and it is Given – Esther and Jerry Hicks (Hard to get it in paperback now)
Quantum Healing – Deepak Chopra
My Shadow Ran Fast – William Sands
The Secret – Rhonda Byrne
The Four Agreements – Practical guide to personal freedom
You are a badass – Jen Sincero
I can heal your life – Louise Hay
The Power of Now – Eckhart Tolle
Reading is such a personal journey. Where one person may find a can’t put downable book, another is bored by chapter 2! I’d love to hear what your top Life Changers are!
