Antioxidants will help to protect your cells from the damaging side effect of free radicals.Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in salmon, flax seed, nuts and walnuts will keep your scalp healthy and help you to fend off dandruff.

Your Energy Levels

If you load up on refined carbs at meals or skip on meals completely, your blood sugar levels will crash leading to your becoming lethargic. Intaking insufficient calories will make it more difficult for you to focus or engage when you are problem-solving at home or at work. It’s best for you to eat a snack or small meal 3 to 4 hours. Try to include whole-grain, lean proteins and low-fat dairy products including fruits or vegetables into every meal.
